This report is the result of a workshop convened by Healthcare at Home involving a group of policymakers, organisation leaders, patient and carer representatives, academics and practitioners in early 2011.
They discussed
- the opportunities and challenges faced by those living with or caring for people with dementia
- the future of services for people with dementia
- delivery options for home-based service models.
