Following the successful collaboration at the 2010 primary
care conference, the National End of Life Care Programme teamed up once again with Macmillan Cancer Support on 19th October 2011.
As with last year’s event, the National End of Life Care Programme opened the conference with an afternoon focusing on end of life care developments within the UK.
A joint newsletter was published for the event and is now available to download.
