Scotland's National Dementia Strategy

This strategy aims to transform dementia services by
- developing common standards of care for the first time;
- producing a framework to ensure that all staff who provide care and support are skilled and knowledgeable about dementia
- significantly improving care pathways, and strengthening the integration of health and social care services – including in the area information- sharing.
