Finding the Words DVD and workbook launched to support difficult conversations around end of life care
With communications identified as so important in the Route to Success document aimed at nurses, the programme is also launching this week (7th July), a DVD and workbook to support staff in this important area.
These training resources were developed by members of the user group which advised the recent communication skills pilot project co-ordinated by the National End of Life Care Programme.
