1. How do I find a National End of Life Care Programme publication?
First, search the publications section of this site.
If you still can’t find what you’re looking for, please email information@eolc.nhs.uk with as much information about what you’re looking for as possible, and we’ll endeavour to find it for you.

To receive the National End of Life Care Programme newsletter by email, please contact information@eolc.nhs.uk entering
“please add me to the NEoLCP newsletter distribution list” in the subject line.
Alternatively, if you click on inform me of updates, enter your email address and check the “publications” box, you will automatically be informed when any new publications – including newsletters – are added to this website.
4. How do we invite a representative of the National End of Life Care Programme to speak at our event/attend our conference?
Please email your request to information@eolc.nhs.uk including as much information as possible about
- your event/conference, including
- date
- time
- location
- proposed programme
- who you would like to attend
• what you would like them to say/do - details of any fee payable
5. I want to complain about the care I (or a friend/relative) have received. How do I go about it?
If you have any concerns about an individual’s end of life care, or wish to complain, contact the Patient Advice and Liaison Service (PALS).
6. Who can I contact for help and advice about an individual receiving end of life care, and where else can I find information on end of life care?
For help and advice about an individual receiving end of life care, you should first seek help and advice from their GP, consultant or care coordinator.
