Quality Assurance for Non-Accredited Training: Recommendations and Guidance for Commissioners, Training Providers and Clinicians

This report describes a new approach to quality assurance for non-accredited training commissioned within the NHS. This approach has been developed as part of the NE and SE London Communication Skills Training for End of Life Care Pilot Project. The quality assurance process described in this report can be applied to training on any topic commissioned for any staff group. The approach is based on RARPA, the national quality-assurance framework specified for non-accredited training commissioned by the Learning and Skills Council.
