Accessibility

The National End of Life Care Programme has done its best to ensure our website is accessible.

This means that

Links are self-explanatory (in other words they don’t just say “find out more” or “click here”)
Images have alternative text (so if you can’t see the image you can still read the text)
Colour contrast between foreground and background is strong enough
You can resize the text using your browser’s text zooming facility
Headings are used correctly (we haven’t just made ordinary text bigger and bolder)
The visual design of the site is defined in stylesheets rather than embedded in the pages
