National End of Life Care Programme
The National End of Life Care Programme (NEoLCP) aims to:
- promote high quality, person-centred care for all adults at the end of life
- enable more people nearing end of life to choose where they live and die
The NEoLCP exists to support the Department of Health’s End of Life Care Strategy, launched in July 2008, and is backed with £286 million of government money.
We work with health and social care services in the statutory, voluntary and private sectors to develop, support, promote and share good practice.
